Liikunta ja terveellinen ravinto ovat minulle intohimo. Olen harrastanut aktiivisesti liikuntaa koko elämäni ja ollut samalla kiinnostunut myös terveellisestä ravinnosta. Kokonaisvaltainen hyvinvointi ja terveys ovat lähellä sydäntäni. Olen energinen ja positiivinen valmentaja. Minulla on tausta kuntosaliharjoittelusta, ryhmäliikuntatuntien ohjaamisesta ja ravitsemusneuvonnasta. Koulutukseltani olen kuntosaliohjaaja, ryhmäliikuntaohjaaja, ravitsemusvalmentaja ja personal trainer.
Työ valmennuksen, ravinnon ja liikunnan parissa on aina ollut haaveenani. Työskentelin pitkään työskentelin markkinoinnin ja myynnin parissa, mutta sydämeni veti liikunta-alalle. Ajatus omasta Crosstraining-paikasta on ollut pitkäaikainen unelmani, joka on viimein toteutunut.
